WEB DESIGN PRICES

Cost for website = Site theme design + Page design + Programming (if applicable)
Site Theme Design incl. Layout, Design and Navigation

The site theme is what is visible on every page of a website. It includes the design, layout and the site navigation, which are all consistent throughout the site. Please note that the below offers do not apply for full Flash web sites. Such can only be priced on an individual basis.

• Light Theme: 600 €
The most affordable solution to get a neat web site. Text links navigation, can be enhanced graphically (buttons menu).
• Classic Theme: 800 €
Fairly complex websites, either because of the navigation menu or the graphic complexity or a more unusual website layout. Navigation can be JavaScript or simple Flash, hover and press effects or simple text links (for search engines).
• Enhanced Theme: 1000+ €
This is where we get creative… Navigation can be Flash, JavaScript…

→ Page Design * Individual Page Creation

The page prices are based on the assumption that you want to have individually designed pages, which is mostly the case. Large websites (10+ pages) are priced differently.

• Light Page: 60 €
A classic page, light graphics (page header, small graphic enhancements) and simple text layout.
• Enhanced Page: 120 €
Either advanced graphics or Flash accents, advanced text layouts & arrangements.

* This will be added to the site theme price.

FLASH DESIGN PRICES

Please keep in mind that these are rough price estimates, as the length of a Flash animation is only one small aspect of the entire work.

Flash Animation Delivery format: Flash SWF & HTML

• 1-20 seconds animation: ~200-400 €
Completion time: 1 week
• 20-40 seconds animation: ~400-600 €
Completion time: 1, 5 weeks
• 40-60 seconds animation: ~600-1200 €
Completion time: 2 weeks

LOGO DESIGN PRICES

Logo prices vary depending on your specific needs and likes. These are the most commonly requested logo services:

• Simple Logos: ~220 €
One or two colour samples, typically 150×150 pixel or smaller. Useful for personal web sites, or smaller corporate sites.
• Business Logos: ~450 €
Full colour logo for your business. Used on company web sites, business cards, and letterheads.

→ Preparations

Before you hire us (or any other design company); you should determine your company’s attitude, vision and goal. Your logo should reflect these elements. Look for logos that you like and do not like and try to identify the elements of each.

→ Logo terms

- Logotype: A logo that is made either entirely of letterforms, or the portion of a complete logo that is created using only letterforms. Many logotypes are combined with a logomark to create a full corporate unique logo.
- Logomark: Usually the graphic symbol that accompanies a logotype.

→ Logo types

There are three basic kinds of logos:

- Graphical: Abstract graphic combined with your company name.
- Logotype/Text: Font elements only (your company name), developed into a design.
- Illustrated: Illustration that most likely expresses what your company does.

→ Stationary Design

• Business card design: 250 € -fix price

→ Character Design

• 1 non-animated character: ~400 €
3 unique characters created according to specifications, a reasonable number of revisions (usually 3-5) of the 1 selected character.
• Additional pose: ~100 €

BANNER DESIGN PRICES

Flash SWF: 230 €
• Button
static Gif: 70 €
Flash SWF: 170 €

We design custom Flash, Gif or Jpeg banners, animated or static.
File size limitations are not a problem.

In order to get started, we will need the following information:

- Banner size (in pixels)
- Colour Preferences (if any)
- Target Audience (primary usage & purpose of the banner)
- Limitations (if any, e.g. file size)

PHOTO EDITING & PHOTOGRAPHY

→ Digital Photo Editing

• Light: 25 € -fix price
Crop, resize and basic light settings.
• Medium: 40 € -fix price
Fix photo red eye, blemishes, and any other photographic flaws that you can imagine.
• Enhanced: ~55-140 €
Makes your photos as flawless as they should be. Crop, chop, resize, recolor or touch up your images to perfection.

Reproduction: ~100-300 €
We can repair virtually any damaged photo, remove unwanted objects from photos.

Photography:
Photography is the art of using light rays to form an image on a light sensitive material. Photography is often more than just taking a photo with a camera; it is about creating something that is aesthetically pleasing. Please contact us for more information and a custom quote.

Illustration:
Illustration art, aka “commercial” art is used to embellish, clarify, or decorate something. It can range from a simple black-and-white cartoon to a full-colour billboard and beyond. Please contact us for more information and a custom quote.

We do our homework and work through navigational and usability issues long before we ever touch the computer. We examine the marketplace and construct a competitive analysis to find out what others are doing that works (and doesn’t work). We take into account your existing brand, logo, collateral and primary audience.

Then we ask lots of questions: What emotive response do you want visitors to your site to have? Is it really a redesign that you need, or would you be better off with a realign? What is the color of your cow? Finally, when we’ve got a plan, we put pen to paper (or pixel to screen, as the case may be). True, sometimes it takes a little longer to do things our way, but the results are always worth it. Slow cookin’ makes good eatin’, as Pa used to say.
